Meet the founder
Rosa Korteland-van Veen is the founder and director of BCH International.
She is an internationally certified Motivational Interviewing Trainer (MINT), behavioural specialist and accomplished dressage rider.
With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, behavioural change and equine-assisted coaching, she has guided hundreds of professionals and organizations toward meaningful growth.
