A powerful team experience with horses, followed by an exclusive dinner in the arena.

This signature BCH program is designed for management teams and boards who want to grow together, in a way that is both meaningful and unforgettable.

With a maximum of 6 participants, you combine an intensive team coaching session with horses with a 3–4 hour Arena Dinner in our private indoor arena in Geesteren.

We focus on the questions: Where do we stand as a team today? Where do we want to go as an organisation?

What the program looks like

Before the session: intake
Before we meet, Rosa has an online intake with the team leader or CEO. Together we clarify your goals, themes and any sensitive topics in the team.

Welcome: coffee and chocolates
On the day itself we welcome your team with coffee, tea and luxurious chocolates. This is a quiet moment to arrive, slow down and set the tone for the day.

Team coaching with horses
In the arena you work with our horses on themes such as trust, leadership, communication and alignment with strategy and vision.
Horses respond to energy and intention, not to job titles. They show what is really happening in the team, without judgement and without politics.

Reflection and translation to your organisation
Together we reflect on what happened in the arena and translate every insight to your daily practice: your meetings, projects and strategic goals.

Arena Dinner among the horses
We end the day with a white-tablecloth dinner in the arena, at a long table set with candles and silverware, surrounded by the horses.
Over dinner there is space for deeper conversation, integration of insights and simply enjoying being together as a team.

After this program, your team:
